CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT 2026

Effective January 5,2026 Homeland Park Water & Sewer Impact Fee's will be $5,700.00. 

Cost will effect both Water and Sewer. Therefore it will be $5,700.00 for each tap. This fee is to ensure new development helps pay for its own expansion.
