Homeland Park Water now offers water bill assistance for bills due to leaks through Servline. When you have a leak you are responsible to pay for the cost of the water that is used. With the Servline Program you will be protected from this unexpected expense. All eligble customers will be transitioned into our new program October 1st, 2023. Flyers were mailed out with the bills to inform customers before this occured. Cover qualifying leaks of $250 or greater occuring on your property providing up to $2500 once every 12 months. You may opt out at anytime by calling 1-855-844-1539 to speak with a ServLine representative. The charge for this is $2.65 monthly.
Please keep in mind that all customers are automtically enrolled. It is not required for customers to have this protection and customers have the option to opt out at any time.
